By creating an account and using AurumCapital ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. You are responsible for ensuring that using the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. Investment packages
Packages have fixed durations and disclosed estimated return ranges. Returns are estimates; performance may vary and is not guaranteed. Capital is at risk.
3. Deposits & withdrawals
Deposits are reviewed and approved manually. Withdrawals become available after a package completes its term and may take 1–3 business days to process.
4. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Pending positions will be settled per their terms where possible.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AurumCapital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
